Well this GE Washer is a Lemon. After fixing it in 2017 ( took the poor repair guy 4 visits) we started having problems with it in March of 2018. March service call was just a guy coming to tell us he cant find a problem even though we had the noise proof on our cell phones. May Service call was for the exact same thing...but this time the guy said he would put in a Lemon order to get us a new washer because it would be too costly to fix the washer. Our refrigerator was down for 10 days, and we had no idea what went wrong. All of a sudden it just stopped working and the temperature was not correct. After scheduling a Sears home service visit, employee Anthony came over and he had a look at our refrigerator. After a short time of diagnosis, Anthony told us the problem was due to a worn out control (mother) board. The gentleman who came out to fix our dishwasher was very nice. He explained what the problem was & how much it would cost. I asked how much a new one would cost & he showed me different ones & called customer service for all the pricing to deliver, install & haul the old one out. We decided to go with fixing it instead of getting a new one.
I called in for an appt. to check my dishwasher. The guy who answered was cordial and helpful. He set an appt within 3 days. Hour later a woman called changed my appt for a week later. Then had to wait for a part to be delivered. called in to let them know the part was here. Another 5 days wait. The worst part that while I was upset for the wait I get a call if I wanted to by more warranty!!
These guys were on time, courteous and fixed the problem. We were very happy.
