Abysmal service, a week from the package being scanned locally it still isn't here and no sign of it coming anytime soon. This happen every fortnight and it's just not acceptable

Avoid, unless you don't want your parcel to be picked up. Booked pick up for Friday on the phone (parcel had to go out that day) and called on friday afternoon as no one came and they said the order doesn't exist.

Why do your drivers NOT bring parcels to the door. Today I had a parcel pushed into my letterbox which was part full of water. Not to mention anyone watching this lazy behavior from drivers can take parcels more easily then if we're put up to the door. Isn't it that why we send and receive parcels from courier. Letter boxes are generally for mail NOT COURIER PARCELS. . This was in fearon street motueka. Unhelpful customer service. Informed that the package was at the depot but cannot guarantee a delivery time. HOWEVER they just came 30mins ago to our shop and delivered another parcel. Inefficient business.

Called in this morning. The nice chap happily located my parcel as I was in a real rush to get home and couldn't wait for the afternoon run. Really appreciated you guys being so obliging. I know you have a real demanding job.
