A parcel for me had been incorrectly addressed & delivered to that wrong place.The first NZ Courier team member I spoke to said she would contact their driver, get him to uplift the parcel & deliver it to the correct address. 3 days later I still hadn't received the parcel so I contacted NZ Couriers again. Not that great. Don't listen to customers. Just do what suits.
Had to stop into the branch to collect a parcel. Staff member at the main desk was very helpful and fast. Appreciate it.
I’m about to ring this outfit and tell them not to send that driver again. Obnoxious , people forget who is paying their wages
