Had to stop into the branch to collect a parcel. Staff member at the main desk was very helpful and fast. Appreciate it.

A driver I was trying to make out the name on his van in Motueka (Jesus? ) Looked up & saw me watching him take a photo of my letterbox!? then drove off quickly… I went out and saw a parcel addressed to my Mum which clearly said in capitals ‘PLEASE OBTAIN SIGNATURE’ and again on the parcel. I was obviously home #1 he saw me looking to see who was in my letter box. #2 cameras don’t show anyone on our property. Deposited the parcel at there depot in Seabrook St off Quarantine Rd Annesbrook at 8.58am Monday 17th Nov and paid for a signature required overnight delivery to Te Awamutu $28.80 The parcel was the size of a 10" tablet box. It arrived on the afternoon of Friday 21st Nov taking 4½ days to travel a 12hr 10 minute journey A carrier pigeon would have been faster
