Amazing service
A parcel for me had been incorrectly addressed & delivered to that wrong place.The first NZ Courier team member I spoke to said she would contact their driver, get him to uplift the parcel & deliver it to the correct address. 3 days later I still hadn't received the parcel so I contacted NZ Couriers again. Th staff member I spoke to had no knowledge of this situation. She just kept saying to me it's probably NZ Post not NZ Couriers. I assured her it was definitely NZ Couriers. Not that great. Don't listen to customers. Just do what suits.
Had to stop into the branch to collect a parcel. Staff member at the main desk was very helpful and fast. Appreciate it.
