Once again a missed delivery card left. Says set "Authority to Leave system".. have one of those, was set up when delivery driver kept leaving a missed delivery card in the letter box... even when I'm home waiting on a delivery. Up your game NZ Couriers. All other courier companies I use seem to manage fine.
Very responsive and very helpful branch, I had a package going to an old address in error, logged a query, they responded within minutes and advised they would change it when received it in branch (thank you Sarah G!), very much appreciated.
