Dealing with the Mount Maunganui branch has been an amazingly great experience. Telephone service excellent and girls at the depot need to be valued for their outstandingly wonderful service. Simply could not ask for better, more efficient , friendly service. Great value sending package to Hamilton.

Only went there to uplift a parcel that was going to take several days to get to Maketu. Parcel was intercepted and I picked it up.
Delivered my parcel to a university instead of my home said they would grab it today and redeliver it which never happened and now mysteriously all tracking for it has completely disappeared with the proof of that and I have to go and track down the parcel myself and can't even lodge a complaint this is actually the worst courier service I've ever seen
