Very poor service, had a parcel from overseas arrive and be given to this lot to deliever. I'm still waiting a month and a half later. Do not do business with this lot. Go through other couriers. I know I'm not the only one to have problems with this courier firm. But they are slack.
Door open waiting for the delivery. No attempt made at all. Checked tracking and said card was left as the attempt to deliver was unsuccessful... unsuccessful what a joke. They didn't even try
Back in February, one of your driver's reversed her van into me. She then screamed and verbally abused me in the street , denied fault and road laws. Screamed multiple times 'I'm not fixing your shitty trailer'. She then waited 5 months before trying to set me up as her patsy insurance fraud. Luckily I still had the video evidence to prove she was at fault.
Waiting for parcel from last two days. Hopefully comes soon 🙏
