Very bad experience, a lot of the time they have been mixing parcel sending to the wrong people. When something goes wrong either the parcel got lost or damaged it takes them ages to sort out at least 2 months. And of course you have to chase them all the time I have been chasing for a month before I can get a claim in. I also had an experience where they can't find a parcel ,I asked to return to me and the parcel come back to me after 3 months randomly. I wonder how many places has my parcel reached to.

Sandeep V is an awesome courier driver/collector/human being ! Always comes with bright smiles and great humour and we always look forward to when comes and collects the parcels from Vulcan Stainless in East Tamaki. Definitely an asset for NZ Couriers! If I could give 100 stars I would. Thanks Habibi!!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE, they couldn’t locate one small parcel. I kept calling and spoke to 5 different representatives still no results. It is a nightmare to deal with this company. I recommend to choose any other courier delivery company than this.

NZ Couriers provide HORRIBLE SERVICE. I have been calling and talking to 5 different representatives. They can't locate my parcel. such a nightmare to deal with this courier service provider.
