Very poor and behind system. Old, Unresponsive and rigid。they deliver to a wrong address. I have to visit the wrong address for my courier. Guess what? They drop it to wrong address’ neighbor. An Error top on an error. Perfect job!
Easily the worst courier company I’ve had the misfortune to deal with and I use them all. I have one of THEIR OWN authority to leave tags on my property but they still fail to leave packages and leave a call card instead. I spoke to them about this and they assured me they would sort it out so it doesn’t happen again. Nope…they still can’t get it together to complete the simple task of taking a box from Rosedale to Howick. I end up having to make multiple calls to them and then picking up my package from their depot, costing... read more
Very poor service from Christina Falo who said that would not redirect my parcel. I would NOT chose this company to deliver anything!
