Couriers from here are lazy!! Can't be bothered doing their deliveries so drop the parcels off at a collection point instead of at your property like you pay for. Customer service on the phone are lovely though - the only reason I would give a one start. Do better - hire people who actually do the job properly.

Hamilton courier 136 lost a parcel and NZC won’t give anything beyond “it never reached the depot”. So all I’m hearing is the driver lost it or stole it, or someone is lying along the line. Picked up on the 9th of January 2026 and has not moved, nor have I or the store I bought from got a refund. Utterly pathetic service and they should be ashamed. No sense of urgency or care for their mistake if I’m honest.

NZ Couriers have incorrectly delivered my monthly package to incorrect address, 4 consecutive months now, when my correct address is on package, despite the fact I have rung them and pointrd out error. What more must I do?

Delivered parcel to my house before 6am today. Banging on door that early scared the kids and myself. Set off the dogs and neighbours dogs. Was a pretty unreasonable and abrupt awakening - didn't require a signature either so very annoyed.
