Two weeks after my parcel was left hanging outside my letterbox and stolen, still nothing from New Zealand Couriers. I did hear from a customer rep the next day, but since then, nothing. No parcel, no compensation, no information. Will change this star rating once something is done or at least I hear back from someone.
Drivers are lazy and do not read address properly. I had to go looking for a package today.
Quick, friendly service at the reception. Parcel in good order. Thanks NZ Couriers, alway a pleasure.
Worst service ever. Dropped my parcel at the collection point without leaving a card, messages or phone calls. The guy at the pickup counter is worse, very rude manner.
NZ Couriers Hamilton always delivers terrific service. Every visit (pickup or dropoff) is a satisfying experience. It's reassuring to know I can always count on them.
