I've had a parcel success rate of 25% absolutely abysmal. How can a courier company possibly loose 75% of my parcels????
Damaged goods in transit, claimed they weren't at fault and didn't reply when I asked questions. Recommend using another courier service. No care, no responsibilty.
Useless, totally ignored my instructions, my parcel was stamped urgent and please obtain signature. Did none of that. Giving it one star was only to put this online
Easy to find on the side of road. The office is open to drop off and pickup up the couriers.
