Certain drivers don't actually attempt delivery. If it happens to be early in the morning, certain drivers will just leave a card without bothering to come to the front door. What is the point of offering a courier service if you are not going to deliver within the promised delivery window?

This NZ Courier driver who is in charge of my area 8013 claims he or she delivered it to a place where he was told by someone to put it in a huge skip and took a photo of it (looks like their depo!) . I rang up the customer service they say they will investigate it and that was today. I came to read reviews of NZ Courier Christchurch only to realise they are courier company from hell. Every single time I get a parcel delivered from NZ Couriers in St Albans Christchurch, the courier delivers NEXT DOOR.. Can your driver not be so lazy next time and actually deliver to my address..
