Easy find on map. They are professional couriers company, good customer service.
Very friendly, helpful staff on yesterday while collecting my package. It's nice to be able to have a good chin wag & also learn new things, like if my package is there on friday I am allowed to collect it Saturday instead of waiting for Monday delivery. Some may already know that, I didn't.
19/01/2026 Update: NZ Couriers have always delivered to us on time & our parcels have always arrived safe and sound from up north. We.wish everyone would use this company, as only today we had an awful experience from another courier company & our package was delivered in a poorly manner which resulted in our package being damaged. We have cameras and we have noticed the last two deliveries that NZ Couriers also upon delivering take photos of our parcels being delivered which is very helpful to us & a good safeguard for both... read more
Only put one star because you have to. Shockingly poor service. Overnight parcel not delivered after 9 days. One out of four customer service people actually bothered to do anything. Told it was with a courier but no one knew which one, turned out they were lying was at depot whole time. Recipient had to pick up in end or was not going to be delivered. Refund hah no. DO NOT USE. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF TRANSPORTING VALUABLE / FRAGILE ITEMS, OR IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE TIME TO CHASE UP LOST ITEMS. Update: new experience. Had parcel from an antique auction sent via this courier. Got an alert saying it had been dropped off and signed for at my address. I was at work at the time - so courier fraudulently signed. The parcel was not at the address. Immediately rang company and explained situation. They aparently rang the courier, told him to return and 'find' the parcel.
