I wonder why this company has very bad reviews. Card left while i was not at home. Has absolutely no details or name. Go on the website and follow all instructions but nothing comes up. Barcode on the you missed a deliver doesn’t work. Call 0800 number and you cannot get hold of anyone. You cannot even choose to redeliver item. Very bad website and instructions. I would not give this company one star, very disappointed and total waste of time
I honestly don’t understand how a courier company like this can still be operating. Their service is absolutely terrible. I’ve already provided authority to leave, which clearly means I don’t need to be at home to receive the parcel. Yet they still just leave a card and walk away—no phone call, no text message, nothing. DO NOT give your credit card details to this company. They will charge you without providing any information foe the charge. They are fraudulent and should be avoided at all costs.
They must have thrown the phone in the bin or something because they leave you on hold for eternity. holding packages hostage with no way to contact. another L for NZC
