Absolutely appalling customer service. I went in to drop off a parcel and was treated with complete disrespect. I was spoken to rudely in front of other customers and told to take my parcel elsewhere, as if my business was an inconvenience. The staff member's attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and embarrassing. There was no attempt to help, explain the situation politely, or provide any level of customer service. I already said to leave my package in front of the door, because I'm busy working, the problem of lost packages is my responsibility. Why don't you want to follow the customer's instructions? I have to come to the NZ Courier office to pick up my package, this is very troublesome. Honestly, NZ Courier is useless
