Parcel delivered at wrong number and claimed they delivered….., ( didn’t even notify me they delivered).. until I called and found out the parcel was delivered and no where to be found . ridiculous
I had to walk up and down my street to find my parcel - clearly addressed to No 12, but they delivered it to a house at No16 which has the word SIXTEEEN emblazoned on its wall. I had to go and find it myself because I rang the helpline and they still hadn't rung back in over an hour. I can't imagine how this company is still operating with service like this.

No stars for the first attempt as the driver didn't even bother to pick it up. But the courier next day was 5 stars.
