Reception was really kind and helpful when I rang to inquire my parcels whereabouts. When I called again to figure out what time my parcel would arrive. All I had to do.was give my tracking number and was told the time it would arrive by the nice reception. Parcel came. And the delivery driver was nice and kindly handed my parcel over at the door. I am happy with there customer service. It was really good.
I’ve been using NZ Couriers for years and honestly the service has become extremely disappointing. I always pay for overnight delivery because I expect parcels to arrive the next business day as advertised, but most of the time they end up taking 3 or more days to arrive. This has happened repeatedly, not just once or twice. It’s frustrating paying extra for a premium service that is rarely delivered on time.
