If you every go to drop anything off to them, make sure you are at least 10 mins early, as they don't stay open to 5.30pm
I am a business customer sending with NZC , they arent the cheapest, however i never have to chase parcels for my customers , so worth the $2 premium over other carriers and know its going to get there.
Good and efficient, friendly people
I had 2 packages in 1 week signed as delivered not by me but by the delivery driver. This is absolutely unacceptable especially considering one of packages was labeled as FRAGILE and URGENT MEDICAL SUPPLIES. The other package was of a uniform I have been waiting three weeks for. The driver was so lazy they did not bother to even knock on the door. I brought this up to customer service and never got a reply. Seems all your departments need some training. Would give 0 stars if possible, do your job properly.
