Plenty of parking. At collection desk, 2 ladies ignored me. Then I saw the bell and rang it, still ignored for another minute or so. One looked at the other, both said nothing, then one spoke. I indicated im hearing impaired then she came to the counter. Told her my name and she looked at packages and said no not here. Showed her the text I got re pick up. Signature required delivery - rang the bell, left the card and took off as quickly as possible before I made it to the door. Called Customer Services who rang the driver but he didn't answer, so they said it would be redelivered the next day. Stayed in all day but wasn't delivered. Terrible service. I won't be using this company.
Like most of the reviews here, it’s the same. Horrible company to deal with, tried to talk to them about it and really they don’t give a shit. I’m so glad our work decided to cancel their contract and moved to another company not related to them. Your company should do the same!
