Really good to deal with: efficient and friendly. Only lose a star because the parking area is closed by double yellow lines which you need to ignore.

Absolutely useless. Every time I have to deal with this company there is a problem. Most recently, I’m expecting a parcel. I was at home, courier called my phone but it was on silent as I was working. Courier did not ring my buzzer, which I would have heard and answered. I have requested redelivery but a week later still no parcel. I don’t have transport to go to Penrose to collect it, and it would take me an hour each way on the bus. Do better.

I had to plan around a delivery and stay home to be available when the delivery person arrived, only to see that they came to the gate, took some pictures of the closed gate, and were not inclined to use my contact details on the slip to check if I could open the secure gate for them. This happened twice this week. I will need to try to organise getting the parcel picked up myself another day. Not cool guys.

Had to pick-up due to NZ Courers sticker had changed my address from 1/27 to 1-5 27,we have 5 flats where i live, & it was a signature parcel. They need to change this imediately, so traders don't get blamed.
