Completely ignore delivery instructions, every single time I've had nzcouriers attempt a delivery they fail. Any other courier service gets it right. Highly unprofessional. Avoid!
Great courier company. Needed something to get to Christchurch urgently. Sent on the Wednesday morning by Thursday morning got a call from the Christchurch branch to confirm they received the item. Thanks NZ Couriers
Why have a query into laziness and poor management then do nothing. The people at customer service deserve better as customers are bitching at wrong people.
Parcel got lost because the driver "misread" my address. My first time having this experience with a courier driver in NZ. Customer Service non-existent.
