This company repeatedly delivers parcels to the wrong address. This has happened multiple times and is very frustrating.
THE WORST DELIVERY COURIER. I had a terrible experience with this courier company. They didn't even ring the doorbell or attempt to deliver the parcel to my apartment. Instead, they simply stuffed it into the mailbox, even though it was a parcel, not regular mail. When I raised concerns about the risk of the parcel being lost or stolen, they shifted the responsibility to the building manager and told me that their drivers sometimes just leave parcels in mailboxes. driver just left when I came down to pick up the parcel. made me to run more than a hundred metres and I initiated conversation but he pretty much ignored and went to nzpost driver and talked to him. what a customer service!
I specifically instructed the parcel to be left on the porch. Instead, it was dumped on the pathway, where it got dirty and soaked with water despite the obvious risk of heavy rain. To make matters worse, it's a shared access area, making it easy for someone to steal. Do you genuinely not understand what a porch is?
