Absolutely unreliable and untrustworthy. Waited up this morning for an urgent parcel, paid extra for Saturday shipping, and they marked my parcel as 'non delivered due to Reciever being closed'. I was waiting at the window for them. No one came up my drive or knocked on my door, so delivery was never actually attempted.
Appalling service. Tracking showed no movement. Several phone calls made and no answers obtained. Could not tell me where my parcel was. Found it myself by going to depot and it was there.

Their Tracking App never updated, cant follow parcel. Rang local office parcel there, waited another whole day no delivery so after 4pm went to local branch, took guy 15 minutes to find my parcel. Not good service by this company
