Fantastic service from Leah at the Cromwell branch who was super helpful and friendly.
Apparently once a parcel is passed on to a "rural delivery" subcontractor it loses the ability to be tracked. It is only tracked as far as the closest depot, where it then enters a technology free zone called "rural delivery." Surely a requirement for a subcontractor to a courier service is that they have some kind of scanning and tracking system in place. Super helpful at the Wanaka Caltex New Zealand Couriers. I went to NZ post previously who told me they couldn’t send my suspension but NZ couriers we far more helpful and even helped me package everything up to send away for me.
