In my previous business I ended up using several different couriers and New Zealand Couriers ended up being my favourite. That has not changed since I moved to Queenstown and now semi regularly interact with the company and staff for my deliveries. The ladies are friendly and efficient and always make me feel welcome. They keep my chilled deliveries in their chiller/fridge until I can collect them and they hold on to parcels sent to me that can't be delivered to my PO Box. To the Queenstown office. Your employee Airel, confirmed with me the date of delivery several times. Within same city. Item is not delivered, he is not answering any messages, calls, hasn’t sent confirmation on where he left the item. It’s an absolute scam and lie.

Really good service consistently — friendly, efficient, and proactive. They followed up with me directly to confirm a few delivery details which was really helpful. Solid team. Highly recommend.

Update on New Zealand couriers after having problems times and again for months, Not getting any signature parcels signed for, but instead left by the road in the mailbox, after voicing my concerns and complaining, they have finally started after about 9 months of not really doing their job, to deliver parcels in your face with signatures parcels being signed again, after my complaint. I will keep this review updated depending on how things are going. But yes this is going in the right direction some improvements.
