Left a $6000 camera on the side of the main road for 12 hours not even under cover. Had clear instructions to deliver to business address, and signature. Ignored all of it and I only found it due to a neighbour telling me about it. Didn't receive and email or text or call, nothing.

In my previous business I ended up using several different couriers and New Zealand Couriers ended up being my favourite. That has not changed since I moved to Queenstown and now semi regularly interact with the company and staff for my deliveries. The ladies are friendly and efficient and always make me feel welcome. They keep my chilled deliveries in their chiller/fridge until I can collect them and they hold on to parcels sent to me that can't be delivered to my PO Box. To the Queenstown office. Your employee Airel, confirmed with me the date of delivery several times. Within same city. Item is not delivered, he is not answering any messages, calls, hasn’t sent confirmation on where he left the item. It’s an absolute scam and lie.

Really good service consistently — friendly, efficient, and proactive. They followed up with me directly to confirm a few delivery details which was really helpful. Solid team. Highly recommend.
