Horrible company. This is the company used by NZ immigration to ship passports back to people, and on both occasions they left passports in the mailbox. Even though it states in really big letters ON THE ENVELOPE, as well as in the email and text reminder they sent, that a signature is REQUIRED. I phoned them after the first time this happened to make a complaint. The person on the phone was apologetic and said it would be taken up with the appropriate team.
