Do not bother paying for the signature required service - the driver for my area parked on the street and walked up the driveway left it at the back door takes a step back and took a photo - not even the courtesy to knock on the door even thou someone was home - ALL caught on security camera

Worst courier company ever ! How can you deliver to the wrong house do you even read the address ?? Need to get better workers
Lost $40 PureNature parcel when NZ Courier driver delivered to WRONG address, then NZ Couriers chose not to collect from wrong address and deliver properly, but blamed me for NOT living at wrong address.
