The service is totally unprofessional they have a habit of throwing parcels at the convenience of just to saving a few seconds, in the meantime the parcels are getting damaged through careless delivery, I would not use this service out of choice.

Received an email to see parcel had been delivered. It hadn’t. Tried ringing branch website said the time it opened but the phone message kept saying I was ringing outside of hours. Finally got through customer service very off hand. Asserted parcel had been delivered. I pointed out their own notes said it had been delivered to a suburb different to mine. . I am sick of courier drivers not following delivery directions given on parcels, I clearly state the following use Blanc Ave, use black gate and place on WHITE table, but no let's leave frozen food on stairs in the sun. why not it's not my food I will not get sick. I've have so much food defrost because you don't follow instructions.
