Spoke to a woman at the Dunedin office. She was dismissive and unhelpful. Comments like "if the tracking info hasn't been updated I can't help you" Spoke to a woman in Christchurch who found the item quickly and gave me the info I need.....no problem. Dunedin....sort your customer service out!
Good directions
Even though we were home, they just drop the card in the mailbox and get us to pick it up from the depot (Dunedin) a few times. Not good enough! And no online portal to leave feedback so I am doing one on Google…
