The customer service lady that answers the phone,she can't be bothered helping,her name is Rebecca. Ask for Maureen she will help you. I have never received a package from them ever,I've always had to pick up my items. With instructions given Maureen will listen and help you. Im hoping I will recieve atleast 1 package from them. Will never recommend them.aramex and nz post highly recommended
Just had a later delivery today the driver knocked on the door like he was the police went down and he had zoomed out the driveway poorly service
