Awesome service nice and easy to deal with
These guys are completely useless. Package was meant to be delivered on Monday, online status said will be delivered the next day (Tuesday), which didn't happen. Called them on Tuesday and they said it'll be delivered first thing tomorrow (Wednesday), nothing had arrived, called them back and said it'll be there before 5pm, it's 5.30pm now and still nothing. Customers service completely useless, one didn't know if the Suburb I live in and Auckland are the same or not. As for the driver, you're useless as well. No wonder why ... read more

Worst service ever, these guys dont bother about customers, poor customer service on phone , this dont get delivered on time
