Incompetent and willfully useless. Failed to deliver to a secure complex and left a card in my front door for no valid reason. Failed to deliver on the scheduled day following the card. I asked for a call back and they cleared it by calling for 0.1 seconds. Refusing to deliver now until Monday (its Friday).
Awesome service nice and easy to deal with
These guys are completely useless. Package was meant to be delivered on Monday, online status said will be delivered the next day (Tuesday), which didn't happen. Called them on Tuesday and they said it'll be delivered first thing tomorrow (Wednesday), nothing had arrived, called them back and said it'll be there before 5pm, it's 5.30pm now and still nothing. My parcel got delivered 2kms away . How the hell can you get to talk to a real person,the website is crap
Worst service ever, these guys dont bother about customers, poor customer service on phone , this dont get delivered on time
