Excellent..
Truly dreadful. I have an urban postcode, but NZ couriers deem it Rural so they can charge more money - no-one else does, not even NZ Post. I ordered a parcel that had to be delivered overnight as it had perishables. NZ couriers ignored it and left it to go off for 4 days in a depot 15 minutes from my 'Rural' address. Then they claim I cannot claim damages off them cos they don't have a policy for it. Unreliable - don't trust them. Even when correctly labelled they still can't get it right.

A parcel that was too big for my letterbox was nevertheless left in my road side letterbox causing it to look like a sore thumb to every passer-by. As a result, this was stolen. I never knew NZC driver is allowed to leave parcel in an unsecured location eventhough an ATL was granted. I have always thought parcels should be left at the door. If NZR is leaving parcel in the letterbox what is the point of difference with say NZ Post Courier?
