Absolute disaster, my own fault for being trusting. Purchased a car with brand new MoT, full service and six months 20/20 warranty from this trader which had numerous problems, some which would have failed its supposed MoT, broken spring, drop link, headlight leveller but reassured by his comments. ‘ you have a warranty’ and ‘I won’t see you out of pocket’. It was a pleasure dealing with Matt. Very easy to talk to. I felt that if I wanted to stay and chat it would not have been a problem. Absolutely no hard sell. Very friendly staff.......even guided me around a truck that could not be moved and was in the way. I am absolutely delighted with my new Saab...... I had been looking for this particular model for a while and couldn't have been happier with the condition it was in. I received a fair price for my trade in as well. Well done and I would recomnend New Whip to anyone!
Absolutely fantastic team. Dealing with Matt this morning (and Steve of SME Autos too) they have been absolutely brilliant in both their customer service and going above and beyond to assist with repairs and vehicle purchase. I cannot praise them highly enough and highly recommend them to all. I look forward to taking my other vehicle to them for work/maintenance and am extremely happy to have found such a trustworthy team (and Matt makes a great espresso too) Thanks all
Bought a car from New Whip and the service was really friendly and totally better than other garages I have visited in the past, a breath of fresh air! Will visit again for my next car in the near future.
