Very special space, great atmosphere. The methodology has been very beneficial to me at all levels, personally, physically and mentally. I would recommend DeRose method to everyone.
DeRose New Town is truly a hidden gem. I've been taking classes for 4 weeks now and have never felt so good. Massive thank you to Luciana who is a fantastic teacher and has been so welcoming and encouraging. Onwards & Upwards..!
