Wow this was the worst dealership I have ever been too. We meet with a very nice salesman at first but when it came to numbers Tom came over. ( Even though basic math wasn't his speciality) Once we realized we could not come to an agreement on pricing he literally got up and threw the paper on the ground, told me my keys would be on the roof and told my husband to get out of his store. I had a great experience with this dealership. Very good pricing on my new 2015 Charger and my salesman, Marcus, was AWESOME !!! Very polite, professional, accommodating and helpful. Never too pushy. Plan on going back within the year to purchase a vehicle for my daughter.

We even told your husband when he was signing papers that there was a 3 day exchange policy when he asked. Liars, cheaters, deceivers and people who will take advantage of a woman who is there with her infant child and only wanted to talk about trading in her car. They put a piece of paper in from of her, told her they needed it to find out her payoff amount on the current vehicle...and then ran her credit without her knowledge. But, as the wonderful finance manager said to her so eloquently and with caring tone "YOU SIGNED THE PAPER!" I guess that's all that matters. Went into service for a problem with my vehicle, in less than 24hrs I had the same exact problem. I was then told (oh well, you can't get your money back). I am NEVER stepping foot in this dealership again!!
Have had moms oil changers here several times hard to bet the cost $10 for an oil change.
Zero ethics. Zero employee and customer loyalty. Poor service management. Routinely overcharges on labor. Relies on low cost oil changes to lure in customers.

If I could give negative starts, I would. This dealership is the biggest joke ever. I bought a 2011 dodge ram from this dealership, it took less than 30 days for the computer on the truck to fail. Whe.I took the truck in to be fixed, they didn't.fix the issue. Had to finally resort to taking the truck to Flagler dodge in palm coast to ha e the issue fixed.
