Went to have key fob programed, Chrysler charges $110 for their remotes, so I ordered from Mopar for a fraction of the cost. Made appointment for 11 this morning, only to sit there for an hour and be told my "after market" key fob can't be programed. What's fabulous as well, I am there to program remotes, and they check my tires and alignment. Tries are brand new and alignment was just done but somehow their calculated machine says I failed ��� Seriously, complete crooks. Found automotive locksmith that programmed them in 5 ... read more

Big thanks to Tom in the Service Department ! He went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and her Jeep were well taken care of. He has been with the New Smyrna Chrysler Dodge Jeep for years and always makes sure our family's vehicles are serviced quickly and, most importantly, we feel safe and secure getting back on the road knowing any mechanical issues have been resolved. We live in Ormond Beach and it's so worth driving to New Smyrna Beach knowing your best friend Tom is going to take care of your family.
This was our 2nd Jeep Wrangler purchased from NSCJD. Mainly because of the staff. Everyone we dealt with from start to finance treated us as family. I have walked out of more dealership than I can count but I walked back a second time here. 5 stars to all.

Just had to get my Jeep towed to your location. Spoke to Bob very rude, very condescending. Did not want to listen to a word I said. Told him the error codes that were displayed and he told me I did not know what I was talking about. Felt like I was being totally dismissed. The ONLY reason it is even at your dealership is due to roadside assistance having to go to the closest dealership. I will be speaking to the service manager (which got me nowhere last time), owner, and the news if I have to. #NSBCJDSUCKS
