Mike Paler and the entire staff were great to work with. They basically bent over backwards to get me in the Jeep that I wanted.(EDIT). The sales and finance staff are awesome! As for the service department, not so much. I dealt with an advisor by the name of Bob who turned out to be a straight up liar, and wanna be manipulater. My experience with him and the service dept was so horrible I wanted my vehicle back without it being completed (although I chose against it). We researched the 2017 Dodge Durango and decided on the GT trim package. After visiting numerous CJD Dealerships, Carmax and used car dealerships we decided to stop by New Smyrna CJD. ( A co-worker had recommended them.) Even with the feeling of "sticker shock" Tom Fry and his manager were professional and after a short time negotiating exceeded our expectations. We also replied to your Google review Gil. Sorry this happened Gil but unfortunately we were subject to the banks finalizing a lease term. You were given the option of a new contract and we even gave you an additional day to think about it. We drove out to your location twice and since the vehicle was never titled through a contract it was still new.
