I always knew I would not want me as a customer. I'm a pain. :-) First, I want to recognize Tom and Derek in the service department. It's because of them that my decision to trade out of my 07 1500 RAM stayed with this dealership. That said, Tom Nicholson in Sales and (darn I can't recall his name) in Finance were all very cooperative and patient with me and my questions.
