I was New Roots 1st client. I decided to go with my gut and choose New Roots. This was purely based on Laura. My property is semi commercial quite unique and difficult to value. Laura was enthusiastic and brilliant in her approach to marketing. She was adament in using only the best photographer and Ross captured the property perfectly. Laura has never failed to be consistent in communication. As far as I'm concerned, Laura is the perfect estate agent.
I can not recommend New Roots and Laura enough. From the first time contacting her she has always been friendly, helpful and efficient. She was always at the end of the phone and nothing was ever too much trouble. A refreshing approach and hands down the most positive experience I have had with an estate agent! Thank you again, Jen
