I had to see doctor this morning and had my 'support' dog with me, she's no problem, and was in her carrier. I was approached by the manager, only to be spoken disrespectfully to, saying that the doctor may be scared of her, or may have allergy.so to inform this surgery, she is a SUPPORT DOG, who is hypoallergenic, so you won't be effected by her if you have allergy. My first time using the surgery after relocating to Bromsgrove. Compared with my previous practice I found it very easy to arrange an appointment (same day). Everybody very helpful even though we couldn't get to the bottom of my problem. Very impressed.

My 16 year old daughter presented with constant excruciating pain, swollen face, constant crying, an inability to sleep or concentrate. She was diagnosed as needing ear wax removal. She was put on a waiting list with no date. Meanwhile I have to watch my daughter's constant agony knowing the procedure to relieve it is SO simple. That is inhuman behaviour by New Road Surgery Bromsgrove. I am disgusted.

Attended surgery with irregular heart beat and was seen within 15 minutes by a very good GP and was managed excellently - a brilliant service.
