I am absolutely appalled with the attention to safety and care for a resident that this place has showed. I came across a man today about 10 mins away from the residence. He had left the building alone and gone to the shop. On his way back is where we found him, he could not walk unassisted and was very short of breath. It was already dark outside and would have taken him over an hour to return if we had not stopped to drive him. He was very cold and confused.
