Atlantic City Electric contacted me in August 2023 about an over-due bill. Turns out that since January of 2020, the company known as Stream has been billing AC Electric at ~17cents per Kilowatt hour for my home. This when the standard rate from the Electric company was ~10cents per Kilowatt hour. So that equals almost double for my electric bill for three year plus.
