RecommendedThe staff is amazing-we visited our dog on Christmas Day and the girls were very nice and interacted with our dog like she was theirs!🐾

New Horizon was not our normal vet... however when it was time to end our baby Belle's suffering our vet who knew Belle's situation wanted us to wait a day because they "didnt have any openings"...New Horizon was closing when we called but a vet (I didnt catch his name!) stayed and was very patient with us as we said our goodbyes.... needless to say we wont go back to our original vet and NH gained a customer in my parents for their other dog. New Horizon is a great place. So respectful. So caring. Great people. Great workers. I had to take my fur baby of 8 years to them 5-23-18.. my poor baby boy got attached by a way bigger dog. My baby is a chihuahua. He was already gone when we arrived. But they let us have our time with him. Offered us all night. Such amazing people. Although it hurts me more than anything losing my baby. I must said. New Horizon if the place to go if your pets are in trouble.. fly high taz. I love you. ���
