The staff and Doctors are wonderful. Lauren & Dr. Moore helped us with a family crisis this week with a family member in Columbus. They were very helpful and guided my nephew to take his dog to OSU immediately with her symptoms. They were compassionate and caring. we can't thank you enough!
vets are good. staff treats your fur kids as if they were their own. Hospital has staff on duty 24/7, which is important to me

I would like to personally thank Dr Newton, Lauren, and all of the NHAH team for everything you’ve done for Precious ! I know her case is complicated with her diabetes and now her X-ray results. We love the staff at New Horizon. They are caring and efficient, and take time to explain procedures and options. We have one very healthy dog and one with several health issues. They provide excellent, appropriate treatment as needed.
