The care given to our dog, Herbert, was wonderful! It's a hospital, just like a human hospital, with 24 hour care after Herbert's surgery. Dr Schenk is a wonderful, caring doctor! All those who work there are wonderful! Special shout out to Joy and all those who took such loving care of our little tiny man! We love you all!

New Horizon the best no matter what day what time they are always there for us great with all of our dogs 1 of my dogs have on going health problems and they will take him in the middle of the night they are all great and caring people at New Horizon whenever possible I go to Dr. Newton but no problems with the others either I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else
The staff and doctor where incredible. Could not have asked for more caring staff for our situation. Everyone treated me so kind and tended to my 11yr old rott like they knew her forever. By far the best experience I have ever had in the hard situation. when we do decided to add another animal to our family this will be our go to place. THANK YOU ALL
My wife and I started bringing our dog Millie here in 2017. She was diagnosed with osteosarcoma and had an amputation at the time. Dr Moore and the entire staff were great to work with. We have continued using New Horizon since. The staff has been friendly and caring each and every time and have gone out of their way to help us. We were able to call several times and get great information and customer service. They have also been willing to see our dog on very short notice which has provided us with peace of mind.
