I was new to the area and, when I needed help for my 14 yr old Shih Tzu, they were great. When he developed a cough, Dr Moore came to the car to ck on him. When he got worse, the compassion and professional way Dr Puskarich told me about his terminal condition was very much appreciated. Finally, when Bailey needed the most love and I needed time to say good bye, Dr Puskarich gave me time and was very understanding. Terrible customer service and bedside manner! I was appalled by such pompous behavior by the staff as to how I was treated! Over priced and I will NOT be back!!

Recently brought home two cats and was having a hard time litter training one of them. I called day of, was seen three hours later, out of the office an hour and a half later. I got the best treatment for my fur babies. Highly recommend! Thank you to everyone in the clinic, from the girl I spoke to who scheduled me, the nurse who took care of us, the doctor, the girl who bagged up all the things I needed, and the lady who checked me out!! Thank you!
Thank you for seeing my dog Scarlet immediately today after she injured her leg. Amazing Doctor and staff!! I am so grateful for all of you!
