I'm absolutely thrilled with the compassionate care my pets receive at New Horizon. I would recommend the clinic to anyone. I'm a longtime client and would never go elsewhere. Thank you for providing such a clean, safe place for me to bring my babies to!
New Horizon's veterinarians and staff have been nothing but professional. I have been taking my pets there for a long time and never once had a problem. If you want your furbaby to get the best care then this is the place to go.

Sad that my New Puppy laid in my arms and Cried cause our Normal Vet wasn't open and the lady on call at NH that night when I needed to get kynlee in to see what was wrong with her was rude and told me that they stopped taking emergencies. And to find someone else to treat her. How would you feel if your baby was crying and could speek? Awful and Rude! I think your in need of some new caring staff before your office gets reported to BBB!
Yall really need to learn how to treat customers get your staff under control and quit being so rude i will never bring a pet there ever! I will also be getting a few friends who go to you to be switching as well absolutely pathetic
I have been a client of NHAH for over 3 years. I have seen many of the vets and both of the owners. Dr. Jim Moore was my Shih-Tzu Tobys Doctor for 2 yrs. He was a senior dog and Dr Moore added an extra 1.5 yrs to his life. When it was time for Toby to cross the Rainbow Bridge, Dr Moore was concerned with my well being also. Never before haveI met a more talented and compassionate vet. I would highly recommend this awesome vet hospital.
Excellent job New Horizon! I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. I received excellent care and concern from everyone. Dr. Moore was fabulous with my not so friendly "choodle." Willie is resting and feeling better already. Thank you!
Came home from work yesterday to our cat Minnie that needed to go to the vet immediately. Called New Horizon and they got us right in. Have to say this was our first time there and they couldn't have been nicer. Staff was friendly, place was clean and the doctor was wonderful and took time to answer all our questions. Price was reasonable. Will deffinately go back again if needed. And Minnie is fine!!
Followed Dr. Moore and Dr. P. from Town and Country to New Horizon because my "kids" deserve the best!! All of the staff are awesome caring people especially when it comes time to take a loved one over the rainbow bridge, Thank you for easing the pain!!!
