I adopted 2 kittens from there and have had nothing but trouble. They gave me a free spay for both, because I adopted them there. I was told it would be $220-$240 for the declaw each. I went to pick them up and somehow my bill turned into $750! Then my one kitten has had nothing but issues since we’ve been home. She has a bump under her incision and has been puking stomach acid for 2 days and not eating. The receptionist was rude, it was Ashley. The staff was very rude and not professional. They acted like it was a bother to them that we are trying to help our pets. I definitely don’t recommend
I won't bash anyone, but front staff, as well as some docs are not professional, courteous, nor caring and couldn't figure out how to change a cast. Everyone has had good and bad experiences....me...I had not so good ones.
This is the worst vet in the valley. Always over charging. Watch the video of the vet that wants to fight people. I would think twice before I took an animal there!
RecommendedThe folks at New Horizon always treat our doggie, Koukla well and give her the best care. We never have to wait long to be seen, and their facility is well maintained. They make all her records available online too. So, we can log on whenever we need access to them for travel etc.
I call in tears this morning as my senior dog is nearing his end of life requesting if I could make an appointment to have him put to sleep. Leslie answered these phone and was absolutely the most rude and callous person who could have ever been on the other end of the phone. Zero compassion or sympathy
Absolutely recommend them. Professional, kind, and great with animals ❤️
This is a great place! We have taken our dog, Toby there. Everyone was so kind and easy to deal with.
