The WORST company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Currently dealing with a purchase. We have complained multiple times and it’s like they don’t care - I’ve never seen anything like it. They don’t tell us any information that they receive or telephone conversations they have with the other side in the matter. Starting to wonder if Luke is a real person or a figment of someone’s imagination as he doesn’t answer his phone, return calls or reply to emails. If you see this name I wouldn’t have any hope in anything being completed. Save your money and use a solicitors that does what you pay them to do.
A shambolic and deeply frustrating experience – avoid Communication was appalling from start to finish. Getting hold of anyone required multiple calls, emails went largely unanswered, and the only way to move things forward was to chase constantly by phone. They did get the job done within four months, but the amount of chasing required was ridiculous. Buying a new build or shared ownership home? AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!! Absolutely horrendous and completely incompetent experience with them. Hired them back in May as they stated that they always complete within deadlines (LIES!!) and reiterated to them that Abri Homes have a strict 30 day deadline for exchanging contracts. Their portal is absolutely useless, no updates for ages and when they do get round to 'updating' it is not an accurate reflection of the progress that should have been done. Terrible communication throughout. They do not outline clearly fees or payment dates. Multiple times got contractual information incorrect. At times left vital information until the last second even despite saying I would be on holiday they tried to contact for information that was required a day later - Update; 15/08/2025 - I emailed them on the 31/07/2025 and to date no response has been acknowledged
