We had new carpet and underlay fitted today after a leak which affected my sons bedroom. I was so worried that we wouldn't be able to get it sorted before Christmas and my son would have to sleep in a musty smelling room - but Andrea was amazing in getting the carpet ordered and fitting us in before the holidays.
