Our car ended up in this business at the end of November because the owner of the van who hit us did not want to get insurance involved and wanted to resolve it privately. The car has been collected quite quickly and we had a courtesy car which it was in not great conditions but it did the job. The fixing was quick but after a few days we have noticed that the quality of the job was poor and our boot didn't open anymore as it should do. I have twice had to use New Forest Sprays. The first occasion was do a bodywork repair. This was done superbly and very satisfactorily. Secondly I had a headlamp issue and which quickly and expertly diagnosed and promptly resolved. Excellent work and thoroughly recommended. Efficient, professional and reliable. Thank you guys Terry
