They never cleaned either sides of the stairs near the walls and they never cleaned the corners at each doorway. I would never use them again. I feel it was a waste of my money.
They came early - were courteous and professional - quick and efficient - old-fashioned wonderful service!!!
A team of 2 showed up and very very quick in getting the job done. While one was setting up the equipment, the other prepped the carpet (pre-treating). They were in and out within 30 min. worth the $$
I can't say enough good things. They were easy to get in touch with, provided an estimate (they kept to) right over the phone, showed up on time, and did a fantastic job! They even got the homemade slime my daughter and her friends got all over the carpet out! I will definitely hire them again.

Contacted me very quickly for an appointment. Very nice guy came to do the cleaning. Unfortunately he was about an hour late for the appointment. He did call however. He seemed very rushed doing the cleaning, maybe trying to make up time? The job reflected the haste. I think if he had more time he would have done a better job.

I am really sorry if you are not happy with our service, we were late but we actually spent the right time for only 1 room, we even used a CRB machine to agitate the fibers for best cleaning before the extraction.
Adrian and Maria contacted me quickly, gave me an excellent quote, kept me informed on the day of the appointment. Adrian arrived on time and did a great job thoroughly cleaning the carpets. He even moved a couple of heavier furniture pieces at my request, to get to the carper underneath. Spectacular job.
Did a great job...even lifted a few pieces of furniture to get underneath. Took care of a very bad stain and everything looked like new when all done. Came on time and did an amazing professional job. Highly recommend t his company...
