Very professional and get work quality.
They are very good,work everything what you say. I recomanded them for Everyone .
Customer service was excellent. Showed up 2 hours late and he called or texted me to keep me updated. Worker spoke minimal English but boss translated when needed. Worker did work hard and gets A for effort. Forgot an extension cord so was unable to do stairs properly which was very frustrating and unprofessional. Owner did take 50 off bill for all the issues and agreed to come back in the spring to redo the job at half the price but it was an urgent job for a critically ill woman so this was not helpful. I am sorry that you feel that way, but you are not being fair. It was a major snowstorm the day before, I have said around 3 pm, we talked on the phone and I said that we got stuck in the snow and that is why we were late. The carpet was over 25 years old and last time was cleaned was a long, long time ago, it looks presentable, clean and disinfected for the way it was.

I would highly recommend this company. They did an incredible job on my carpet, sofa and love seat. Arrived on time and worked extremely hard the entire time he was at my home also he was very polite.
