The gentleman that came to my home, Alex, was very personable, courteous and made sure that I was pleased with his progress as he cleaned my carpets. Alex worked very hard to get the long standing stains out of my carpet. My carpets look great just like the day I moved in. I highly recommend New England Professional Cleaning.
