Very professional cleaners. Did a great job and even cleaned an additional area rug without an extra charge.
Very easy to work with - offered additional service as job was smaller than they anticipated. Rugs came out beautiful! Arrived promptly and cleaning was thorough and quick.

There was confusion about my booking and they were over an hour late. I felt the heavy traffic area could have used just a bit more attention, but they did a great job on the stairs and got out the red wine stain completely.
