Very professional and responsive. Excellent communication. They did a good job at a good price for our tile/grout cleaning. Grout doesn't look brand new, but looks soooo much better! I'm pleased with their work and would recommend them.

The price quoted seemed a little high. Another company called and offered to make an offer, but I wanted to keep our original commitment, because of the good reviews I saw here. When I was ready to pay, I said next time I would try to negotiate. (We had moved furniture ahead, and t took just 1/2 hr.) He was pleasant and reduced the price on the spot.
I was able to get an appt within 48hrs. They were prompt and very professional. Did a good job. I will use them again.
