I would not recommend this dealership I have been to a few of them owned by the same company. Not customer-oriented. I want nothing to do with a Mercedes-Benz or this dealership. Sadly I live close by but they make things so difficult, are disorganized, and have no clue what they are doing. Frustrating experience. I do not want my car anymore. I feel sorry for anyone who uses this or the West Palm Mercedes-Benz dealership. I could go into more detail but a big red flag is now waved.

STAY AWAY!! I wish that I read some of the past reviews so I'm not surprised that I had a very bad experience with this dealership to the point that they are shady. The sales manager Marcio was unethical in the way he was conducting business. We are repeat ******** customers and have visited several showrooms looking for our next ***. Terrible experience. I bought my car in on 1/31/2024 to be service at this location. I was asked if I wanted my inspection stickers updated. I told them sure. One of the mechanics went in my car to retrieve the registration and insurance card ( they should have asked me to do it) and also decided to help themselves to an 100 dollar bill I had tucked in my middle console for emergencies. GM was pleasant then issues arose due their incorrect SS number uploaded. I had enough with their nonsense. I decided not to purchase a new one. The manger told me that “we” both know I purchased elsewhere. Got very angry refusing to refund my deposit. He hung up on me. I called him back asking how come he hung up. Denied it. A second call, I insisted on my deposit being returned. He said NO. It’s illegal not to refund the deposit. He told me he was going to verify that I did not purchase another lexus elsewhere. Do NOT take your car here for service. I’m assuming it is an **** quality and parts issue, but I had my spark plugs replaced here and less than 18K miles later two of my four plugs the control arm snapped off and fell into the engine causing irreparable damage, which ended in **** ********* quoting me $22,000 for a new engine. My only work done besides oil changes was through **** *********, and my car was not tuned and up to date with all services. To whom it may concern, It seems that there was a complete breakdown in communication over the new lease of my vehicle recently at Mercedes Benz North Palm Beach. When I asked my sales girl about the distance control in cruise control mode. She replied that there was a “standard three car distance for all Mercedes.” However, it did not have the advanced options of being able to adjust that setting. Audi Hawthorne committed fraud! We financed a Q3 in April and the business manager Mr. D**** fraudulently added Audi care and Audi term for a total of $6600 without informing us. D**** never offered the 2 packages and had us sign on an **** that only had a signature line. We asked him what is the signature for and he said it’s just accepting the contract as we signed on paper. Purchased a 2018 ****** ******* from New Country Toyota of Wesport in Westport, CT in November 2022. I now have to sell the car now due to health reasons so contacted the salesperson, Al A*******, who sold it to me.
