Well, I wanted to wait until my problem was resolved with them, but this is the third or fourth time they reach out for a review. 3 weeks ago i found the used car I wanted. I went in for a test drive and I noticed a few things wrong with it and I told them I want it looked at before I signed anything. I went back a week later and the salesman told me the sounds were just rust on the rotors from sitting too long and they were shaved down. Easy enough I guess.
