Correctly diagnosed the problem and got me out of there quickly. Went in expecting to pay about $1200 got the bill, $250. All issues resolved, couldn’t be happier.
Although i didn't purchase my Edge at New Country, i did utilize their service department after i took my Edge to JB four times for a leak in my sunroof, each time their tech's couldn't find the problem. I decided to try a different dealer and brought it to New Country and OMG the service department was AWESOME! Fair value for trade in and no forced up-selling or add-ons
the staff were friendly and polite. i like the text message capability being where i work i can't have private conversation. they fix my car let me have a loaner. great loaner by the way. was told come back if i have any issue or not happy with what they did.

Neil was great! this was the only dealership that within 30 seconds an associate approached us and asked if we had any questions- Neil was knowledgeable, friendly, was concerned that I had the car I wanted. would recommend New Country to anyone looking for a vehicle. Purchased a Ford Ecosport and so far I love it!! Thank you Neil and Jeff for the wonderful experience in purchasing a car!

Had a really bad experience here. Not the salesman’s fault. Manager changed the deal we had made as I was heading down there to sign papers and put money down. Really disappointing to see business done like this.
