I usually don't believe in posting negatively about a business because I know so many people rely on these reviews, but after each of my experiences with their service department I get bombarded with requests for feedback and this is where they ask us to leave it... Bought a new crosstrek. The finance guy Jess tells you what you want to hear to make the add on sales. He is a yes man. LIED about the undecoating process. Asked if it wove power washed to prep for the coating. Paid $ 999. for this service called the Environmental Warranty. it is crap they took a air hose to blow off loose debris and then sealed the remaining salt under my car with the under coating. Jeff LIED about the service to be performed. BUYER BEWARE

Don't go to New Country! While my salesperson was quite nice and worked hard to find the car I wanted, the dealership ended up making my experience a nightmare,. First they wanted two weeks to find the car. I would recommend New Country Subaru. The salesman Neil Callahan was super!! He was really outstanding!! He did not recommend anything, rather he told me the pros and cons and let me decide. Then, he helped me get exactly what I wanted in my new car, the CrossTrek.
