December of 2017 I had radiating back pain, headaches, and could run/gym maybe once a week. The guys at New City showed me what the issue was, put me on a plan and I saw steady improvement over the next few months. Last weekend I rand Back to Back half marathons in Wisconsin and Michigan. ZERO back pain or headaches!!! You guys are the BEST!!
