Apartment Cleaning The service was horrible. They left half way through and said they had to clean another house and come back in the afternoon to finish. They came back, but they still didn't finish. When I asked them to wipe down the fridge they said they had no more time, even though I'm paying by the hour. Post renovation cleaning I called NCM for a complete post renovation clean, for the day before our family moved into our new home. From the moment I booked the job with Isabelle, to the time the 2 fantastic cleaners left, I found their customer service was superb. Magda and Maria were punctual, cleaned solidly for 7 hrs, and tackled jobs I hadn't even mentioned to them in advance. They went above and beyond and the house is now a home. I am extremely impressed with this company and highly recommend them to anyone.

Tidy Home Cleaning My opinion of New Century Maids could not be higher, they arrive on time and get straight to their duties and are tireless workers. Move Out Cleaning I am very happy with the service and job that was provided by New Century. The customer service was outstanding, providing me with a confirmation of both check-in and check-out times. The unit was very well cleaned by the two person team, and smelled and looked brand new. I would definitely recommend New Century, and will be looking to use the service again.

Spring cleaning New Century Maids did a spring clean as my home had not been cleaned properly in a year. And now they do my bi-weekly clean to maintain my home. They did a fabulous job! They even cleaned the top of my ceiling fan blades that everyone misses (even me!) I also usually am not satisfied with the cleanliness of my shower but they keep the grout from building up because they really scrub it. Busy Schedule I am a very busy person and cannot always have someone come in to my home on a regular basis to clean it as I am out of town a lot. Being a busy person I can always rely on N.C.M. to book me in when my schedule allows – we look at days and times and always find a day that suits both myself and N.C.M.
