House Cleaning Do NOT use this service. I was told the initial cleaning would be 4 hours and they left after 2 1/2. Did a terrible job. Cleaning my sink with the same rag they used to clean my toilet !!!! Complained but they were to busy to deal with me.

I am very sorry to hear you feel this way, your cleaning was estimated at 4 man hours (a crew of 2 ladies for 2 hours) the ladies had stayed have an hour longer and you were only charged for 4 man hours. You were watching them every moment they were there and you had provided them with your own cleaning clothes because you did not want them to use their own. We wish you best of luck.
Perfection As a perfectionist myself, there is no other cleaning company out there like New Century Maids! After their endless attention to every detail my home is maculate from spotless bathrooms, to an unbelievable crumb-free kitchen with every appliance gleaming like it was brand-new again. My team Anna & Ania always goes above and beyond to make my home surprisingly clean and there is no one that does it better than them!

House cleaning New Century Maids left my home clean and sparkling. It was like coming home to a beautiful hotel room. Everything was so shinny clean, it was so great to come home to.

Apartment cleaning Horrible! Would never use again. I found them on this site thinking that they would be good, simply relying on their rating. I called them to book a cleaning and, after being put on hold for 5 minutes, I was able to book a cleaning. The cleaners were supposed to be at my apartment at 2-230pm. They called me at 1:15 to say they will be there at 1:30. I rushed home to meet them at 1:30 but they didn't end up showing up anyways until 2:15. They told me they got lost. We inform all customers that it is their responsibility to pay for parking for the crew - all customers are informed of this prior to their cleaning. Last Minute Clean I was in a bind, my family called to say that they were going to visit me that very evening, being a student I really had no time for cleaning my apartment and began to panic as my Mom is a total neat freak. Move-out Clean Excellent move-out clean of a furnished one-bedroom apartment in midtown Toronto. Showed up on time (more or less), did a thorough job at a reasonable price. Cleaned the bathroom ceiling and made surfaces shine. Cleaned and sanitized the fridge. My landlord and I were both very pleased with the outcome.

Fantastic Cleaning Robin arrived right on time, despite the flooding the day before. She did fantastic job on cleaning my condo, it was absolutely great. I appreciated some of the little touches in how she set things up - as a bachelor, that extra touch is welcome. I have since set up a recurring cleaning schedule for my home.
